Come join Todd Rothe, owner of Big Lake Organics, for a short class on the how-to and science of composting. Todd will take you on a tour of the Big Lake Organic composting facility, where participants will get to see how household waste gets turned into food for your plants.

This event is free and open to the general community.

There will be a shuttle to and from this event for Northland students, faculty, and staff. The shuttle will depart from the Hulings Rice Food Center at 3:50 p.m. People should arrive no later than 3:45 p.m. to ensure we can leave on time.
