A partner dance class for brand new beginners and seasoned dancers alike! One of the most radical, healing things we can do during intense societal times is to lean into our humanness. Humans have been dancing, singing, laughing, crying, making music together and embracing each other for thousands of years. Come with curiosity and we’ll explore new ways of listening and speaking musically with our bodies!
Ellie is a public health nurse, body therapist, farmer, educator, community organizer, and all around squishy, tender-hearted human. Over the last twenty years, social dancing has opened a world to her that brings her deep joy, meaning, therapeutic expression and connections. She is committed to supporting you to experience the pleasure and fun of fully embodying the music and connecting with yourself and others.
