Volunteer
Are you interested in volunteering for Northland? The offices of Admissions, Alumni Relations, Career Services, and Advancement are always seeking alumni who are willing to give some of their time. Here are some ways you can help Northland. If you are uncertain if volunteering is for you, it might help to meet some of our volunteers.
Career Network
This initiative is jointly facilitated through the Alumni Director and Northland's Career Education Center. We coordinate opportunities for our alumni to help launch students into successful careers and lives of meaning and purpose. We have developed a variety of roles for alumni participation. To discover which is right for you, please view our Alumni Career Network Position Descriptions. For more information, contact:
Stacy Craig, Coordinator of Applied Learning (715)-682-1232
Patti Fenner-Leino, Director of Career Education and Retention (715)-682-1230
Alumni Relations Programs
Through the alumni association and its committees, alumni volunteers support a variety of social and educational programs. Alumni can serve as alumni board members, committee members for reunions and special events, or help out with a number of other volunteer opportunities.
Coordinator: Michelle Chase - alumni@northland.edu or (715) 682-1811.
Class Agents
Northland currently seeks volunteers to act as Class Agents. In this capacity, volunteers contact classmates to encourage their participation and involvement with Northland events and activities and increase alumni giving participation.
To learn more, please view our Class Agent position description. For more information or to volunteer, contact:
Carrie Slater Duffy, Director of Annual Giving - annualfund@northland.edu or call (715) 682-1482
Michelle Chase, Director of Alumni Relations, alumni@northland.edu or call 715-682-1811.
