Admissions Counselor

Summary
Northland College has an opening for an Admissions Counselor to represent the College and its programs to prospective students, their families, high school guidance counselors and teachers through on and off campus visits, phone calling and special events. He/she will each be responsible for managing a territory and being proactive in developing relationships that lead to successful recruitment of Northland students. Extensive travel in the fall and spring with some weekends required.
Position Description
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Strong human relation and interpersonal communication skills.
Must be comfortable with extensive travel, mostly while driving an automobile.
Must have sound organizational and personal management skills.
Must have and retain a valid driver's license and meet Northland College driving standards.
